Privacy Policy

• Bundle Costs involve Contract Fees exclusive of GST.

• Every paid advertisement or paid promotion will incur additional costs which will be done with clients' permission.

• Does not Include: Extra Posts - Creation / purchase of a third party application - Procurement of Images - Advertising budgets - GST - Database & server purchase costs - Does not include components such as walkthroughs / 3D animation / heavy flash modules / website building /menu designs/ logo designs/ brochures/flex designs/card designs etc. They are charged extra depending on the complexity. If the client wants something designed, they can ask for the prices. • An 1-month advance to be paid at the start and subsequently the end of month invoicing every time. In case the client requests extra work, the payment can be given in the next cycle. • Minimum Monthly Relationship: 8 months. Renewal of the contract after 11 months. We will notify the company of the start and end period. If the client decides to terminate the contract before the end of the stipulated period, then at least one month's notice should be given and vice versa. •  The client's passwords will not be shared with anyone outside of Brandora Media. •  Each creative posted on social media made by Brandora will have 1 hashtag (#brandoramedia) • The bundle does not include a sales guarantee whatsoever. Digital Advertising helps engage its customers online and creates an online brand presence/image for a client. • Post may have creative options. The designs that are not chosen, cannot be reused by the client. If an unapproved design is used, it will be charged an extra price. •  Client cannot swap between product/service post and festival post or vice versa. •  We will require a maximum of 15 days to understand the brand and do the necessary backend analysis and creating a brand strategy and type of designs the client likes. After 15 days edits on creatives are chargeable. Prices can be mutually decided. •  Days and time to post solely depend on brand strategy and are often decided by the advertiser analyzing the traffic. • Every post will follow the client's guidelines, however, each post needs to be made a minimum of 2 days in advance. Edits cannot be given a day prior to posting unless it is actually an urgent requirement. • Every creative made and posted should be visible only on one page on one Social Media Platform. For example - 1 post cannot be posted on two Facebook pages. If the post needs to be duplicated on other pages of the same Social Media, the client can request to do so and extra cost can be mutually decided. • Consistent regular & prompt phone support from Client: Only 1 point of contact, prompt approval of creatives, Logos, Event images, product images, event synopsis, available offers, ideas, or strategies they have in mind.
